Calico & Conversations

Calico and Conversations was a collaborative design project developed with fellow designers for Wenzel camping equipment. The project began with trend research focused on emerging print directions within the outdoor retail market, which informed the development of the color story and graphic language. I partnered with a graphic designer to develop a custom system of camping icons, which were engineered into repeat calico prints. The prints were strategically placed on camping equipment, with scale, repeat, and placement optimized for product construction and functional use.
